Hurray!!! As always good news comes late.

As a I put in my previous post we have requested yesterday to our CEO to make tomorrow a holiday for company. But got a negative answer instantaneously. “Dec 24 will be a working day”. But he hinted of availability of casual leave. Hmm… I thought he is expecting us to go for leave tomorrow. Anyway its long time since i have been home. So I decided to take a leave for Dec 24 and everything set for journey to home on Dec 24th 5:00 am Venad Express. But wait. Today CEO came and asked for updates of the current work. He said it very important and should be updated as early as possible. We have no idea as task already built up like an Everest and should be finished today itself in order to go home tomorrow(on leave). I asked him directly at the same point. Then he said it is important to finish this task along with reminding me of another bigger task. It was like pouring oil over fire. But after that he said the happiest news, a Christmas gift for us. “Come tomorrow and complete the task. Company will have holiday throughout next week.” Yeah it was really relieving. Coz after college days I suppose this is the first time I am going to have a full week holiday stay at home(Oops I have stayed last year due to Chicken Pox, but I am trying to get away from its memories. O those days).

ITS TIME FOR ANOTHER CHRISTMAS !!!

Lets enjoy. The good news for me and all at my office is that God made the creators of 2009 calendar to place Dec 25 on a friday. Hurray !!! We got 3 consecutive days to rejoice. But we are hoping to get an off day on Dec 24. Wow !!! Then it will become an icing on our Christmas Cake.
